1. Overall HR Management
-
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead and supervise all HR functions: Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, Organizational Culture, etc.

Manage and optimize the HR budget.
2. Policy Development
-
Design and implement clear, efficient, and compliant HR policies and procedures.

Develop and refine sales-specific compensation, KPI frameworks, and incentive programs to boost performance and retention.

Regularly review and update policies to meet evolving business needs and market trends.
3. Talent Acquisition & Development
-
Build and manage recruitment plans to meet organizational manpower needs.
-
Develop career pathing, training programs, and performance evaluation systems.

Implement employee retention strategies, especially for key performers within the Sales team.
4. Culture & Internal Engagement
-
Promote and sustain a strong company culture aligned with the mission and vision.

Address employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
-
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years at a managerial level overseeing 300–500 employees.

Proven experience in designing HR policies and incentive systems tailored for Sales teams is a must.

Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance practices.

Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and motivational style.
